Maximum change of menu is 48 hours before your meal departure (09:00 for lunch and 16:00) for dinner.
Delivery address can’t be changed.
We used GO-SEND service to send your meal, there is no need to pay the delivery fee again upon receiving
If on your delivery day the menu you ordered happened to be out of stock, we will contact you to choose
another menu. If after 2 calls there are no reply, we will send menus chosen by the outlet crew, while
considering your diet options and allergies/restrictions.
Paid orders are non-refundable and non-transferable

Terms and Condition
Please proceed to your payment within 2 hours of ordering, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
We will use GO-SEND to deliver your meals. Delivery fee is included in your invoice.
Lunch delivery is between 09:00 - 13:00.
Dinner delivery is between 16:00 - 20:00.
Vegan Rendang and Burgreens Steak is only available once per meal plan
For our Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss & Healing meal plan, we will be sending the entire day’s meals in one-time delivery.
Cutoff time for change of menu is D-2 before midnight (23:59)
Selected menu and chosen address cannot be changed after confirmation
Delivery fees are non-refundable. If your menu of choice happens to be out of stock on the day of delivery, we will contact you to inquire about the meal replacement. If after 2 calls and there is no respond, we will choose the menu for you (while considering your diet options and allergies/restrictions).
